About this camp

The Tufts University Summer Squash Clinic offers a comprehensive training experience for middle and high school squash players. Participants will engage in detailed swing and movement technical analysis, mobility training, and video review of match play to refine their skills. The curriculum also includes guidance on nutrition, mindfulness, breathwork, and squash-specific strength and conditioning to enhance performance and prevent injuries. Campers will receive sports medicine education and learn recovery techniques. The program culminates in a tournament, and each player receives a clinic t-shirt and other tools to support their squash development.

What a typical day looks like

Clinic days typically run from 9/10am until 5pm, with morning and afternoon squash sessions, and optional evening activities. Lunch, snacks, and hydration are included.
