About this camp

The Middle School Summer STEM Academy at Pathway BioMedX offers an immersive, hands-on experience for students in grades 6-8. The curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, build critical thinking, and prepare students for future careers in medicine, life sciences, biotechnology, and engineering. Participants engage in interdisciplinary projects covering bioengineering, robotics, health science and medicine, coding, 3D modeling and design, and general engineering concepts. Students will utilize Zspace VA/VR Science Learning simulations, human models, lab experiments, 3D printing for bioengineering, and programmable robotics to develop problem-solving skills applicable to biotechnology and biomedicine. The program aims to build a strong foundation for success in Honors and AP science courses and competitive college admissions.

What a typical day looks like

A typical day runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with optional free early drop-off starting at 7:00 AM and late pick-up until 5:30 PM.
